The Executive Board is composed of 11 elected local government officials representing all members of the association. The LMLGA Executive meets on a monthly basis in Burnaby, at the Metro Vancouver offices, and is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting held in May every year.
A City Councillor since 2002, Lorrie Williams has been an active educator in New Westminster for over 20 years. She is also a Council representative on the Metro Vancouver Board of Directors, and various committees with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities.
Councillor Barbara Steele, has been a member of City Council since 1998. In addition to being on the LMLGA Executive, she is a member of the Lower Mainland Treaty Advisory Committee, was elected First Vice-President at UBCM and is also on the FCM Board of Directors.
Councillor Dhaliwal was first elected to Burnaby city council in 2002. He is now serving his third consecutive term as a Councillor. He has served on the LMLGA Executive since 2007.
Councillor Barinder Rasode has been serving on the Corporation of Delta Council since 2008. She serves as Surrey's Community Association Liaison, and sits on a variety of committees, including the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Committee and Crime Reduction Strategy Working Group.

Director Susan Gimse (Squamish-Lillooet RD), Councillor Jason Lum (Chilliwack) and Councillor Chuck Puchmayr (New Westminster).
Director Adamson was elected for his first term in 2008. He was appointed by the Fraser Valley Regional District to the LMLGA Executive. Director Adamson currently resides in Yale, BC.
Councillor Louie was first elected to the Vancouver City Council in 2002, and was re-elected in 2005 and 2008. He has also served on numerous boards including the BC Municipal Finance Authority, TransLink and Metro Vancouver. He currently represents Metro Vancouver on the LMLGA Executive.
Councillor Heintzman has been a Councillor with the District of Squamish since 2005 and SLRD director since 2008. She currently represents the Squamish Lillooet Regional District on the LMLGA Executive.
Executive meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month except for July, August and December from 12:30-2:30 pm at the Metro Vancouver Offices (4330 Kingsway).
